摘要
目的通过对乌鲁木齐市社区护理现状的调查,探索适合新疆社区护理发展的途径。方法以自行设计的问卷对40个社区卫生服务中心570名社区护士进行社区护理现状调查。结果社区护士的年龄、学历、职称结构均不合理。年龄偏大,以31~40岁为主,占38.50%;学历水平偏低,以大专为主,占47.10%,其次为中专,占43.55%。少数民族护士中专学历占绝大多数。职称结构水平低,以初级为主,占73.46%。在少数民族护士中显得尤为突出。结论政府应增加对社区卫生服务机构的重视及资金投入,建立健全一套完整的社区护理人力资源管理体系;尽快把培养社区护士、提高社区护士素质、建立社区护理梯队放到社区卫生服务建设的工作日程上;在社区护士上岗培训中,应进一步完善课程内容的设置,从而适应社区护理发展的需求。
Objective To find out community health nursing status and the developing strategy in Urumqi.Methods A cross-sectional study was committed.Data were collected by structured questionnaire and field survey from 40 community health service centers,570 community health nurses.Results The construction of age,educational level,professional title of community health nurses were unreasonable,especially in minority.Conclusion The government should value community health institution,put into more funds and establish a complete manage system of human resources of community health nursing.We should train community nurses,improve the quality,perfect the content of community nursing course,and to meet the needs of community health nursing development.
