摘要
介绍了一种电化学纯化酪氨酸的方法及其初步实验结果。以Pb为电极,阴极液为含08mol/L酪氨酸样品的15%的盐酸溶液,阳极液为2mol/L的硝酸,电流密度为5A/dm2,电解时间为2h。
The experimental results are reported for the purification of tyrosine by using an electrochemical method. The electrolysis conditions are as follows:lead electrods with current density 5 A/dm 2, time 2 h, anolyte 2 mol/L nitric acid and catholyte 0.8 mol/L tyrosine solution.
