摘要
介绍了一种电化学纯化酪氨酸的方法及其初步实验结果。以Ｐｂ为电极，阴极液为含０８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ酪氨酸样品的１５％的盐酸溶液，阳极液为２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的硝酸，电流密度为５Ａ／ｄｍ２，电解时间为２ｈ。
The experimental results are reported for the purification of tyrosine by using an electrochemical method. The electrolysis conditions are as follows:lead electrods with current density 5 A/dm 2, time 2 h, anolyte 2 mol/L nitric acid and catholyte 0.8 mol/L tyrosine solution.
