摘要
LW13-800罐式SF6断路器由于现场安装时CT的角差比差及伏安特性等试验必须全部做完后才能总装配,最初的CT试验及装配是将CT线圈从包装单元中拿出来,试验完后又装回去,总装时再一个个拿出来装配。这种试验存在问题,对此笔者在现场试验中不断摸索,寻找出CT整体试验形态方法,并将这种方法进一步改为CT整体试验、整体吊装。这样保证了产品装配质量,提高了现场试验装配效率并广泛应用于工程中。
LW13-800 tank type SF6 circuit breaker is developed independently by Xi'an XD switchgear Shiky High Voltage Electric Co., Ltd. In field installation of the circuit breaker, general assembly has to be conducted after the CT angle difference and specific difference test and the current-voltage characteristic test. Before the tests CT coils need to be taken out from the package, and when the tests are completed, they are taken back to the package. Then the CT coils are taken out again from the package for assembly. This field test process is inefficient. Therefore, we present an integrated CT coil test method, including integral CT coil test and integral hoisting. This method can ensure assembly quality and raise the efficiency of field test and installation, and has been adopted practically.
