中俄图书版权贸易现状与趋势分析

版权贸易在加强我国对外文化交流中发挥着重要作用。在我们认识转型中的俄罗斯政治、经济、文化的过程中,图书版权贸易意义重大。但中俄两国间的图书版权贸易与中苏时期相比较,规模明显缩小,并存在一系列制约发展的问题及不合理因素。随着近年来我国新闻出版体制改革深入,中俄版权贸易存在着改进发展的空间。发展对俄版权贸易应该从服务、内容、文化和创意等多种视角和多个维度来理解现代版权产业的内涵及其发展前景。尤其要关注新时期图书版权贸易发展的经济规律,重视分析版权的产业逻辑。

Copyright trade plays an important role in strengthening China＇s foreign cultural exchanges. In our understanding of Russian politics, economy and culture in transition, the book copyright trade is of great significance. But compared with the Soviet era, the scale of Sino-Russian book copyright trade is greatly reduced, and there exist a series of problems and unreasonable factors that hinder its development. With the recent in-depth reform of China＇s press and publication system, there is space to improve and develop Sino-Russian copyright trade. It is necessary to understand the meaning of modem copyright industries and their development prospects from various perspectives and multiple dimensions including services, content, culture and creativity etc. In particular, attention should be paid to economic laws in the development of book copyright trade in the new period, great emphasis as well should be put on analyzing the logic of copyright industries.
