单组分氟碳涂料交联体系研究

摘要 以FEVE型氟树脂为成膜物,选用封闭异氰酸酯和氨基树脂两种不同类型的交联剂体系,研究了单组分氟碳涂料性能的差异性。结果发现,以封闭异氰酸酯为交联剂,所得涂膜的综合性能优于全甲醚化氨基树脂,其涂料具有更宽的烘烤条件和更长的贮存时间;而微量的有机锡催化剂能在一定程度上降低封闭异氰酸酯的解封温度,加快反应速率。 The difference between properties of one- component fluorocarbon coatings obtained fi, om two crosslinking systems of blocked isocyanate and amino resin was studied with FEVE (fluoroethylene vinyl ether) resin as film forming substance. The results indicated that the properties of the coating with blocked isocyanate as crosslinking agent are better than that of the coating with completely methylated amino resin as crosslinking agent. For the coating material with blocked isocyanate as crosslinking agent, the baking conditions can be varied within a wider range and the storage life is longer. The unblocking temperature of blocked isocyanate is decreased to some degree by adding a small amount of organotin accelerator and the reaction is quickened.
