摘要
采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试技术并结合宏观形貌观察,研究了不同厚度的储油罐环氧耐油导静电涂层在高温(80°C)和常温原油积水中浸泡后的防护寿命。结果表明,提高浸泡温度与延长浸泡时间对涂层具有相同的破坏效果,10mHz频率处104Ω的总阻抗值是判定环氧耐油导静电涂层在原油积水介质中防护寿命的量化值。
The protection service lives of oil-resistant electrostatic conductive epoxy coatings with different thicknesses were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and macroscopic morphology observation after immersion in accumulated water from crude oil storage tank at high temperature (80 ℃) and room temperature. The experimental results indicated that enhancing immersion temperature has the same destructive effect on the coating as extending immersion time does. The total impedance of 10^4 Ω at 10 mHz frequency is a value for determining the service life of electrostatic conductive epoxy coating in the accumulated water from crude oil storage tank.
