子宫腺癌患者血清CA125及内膜p16、survivin蛋白的表达及临床意义

Expression of CA125 in serum and p16,survivin protein in endomembrane of endometrial adenocarcinoma patients and its significance

目的探讨血清CA125、组织蛋白p16及survivin在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法检测正常子宫内膜组、子宫内膜不典型增生组及子宫内膜腺癌组各40例患者的血清CA125水平及组织中p16及survivin蛋白的阳性表达情况。结果子宫内膜腺癌组血清CA125水平在手术前后均明显高于其余两组(P均<0.05);p16蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组的表达明显降低,与其余两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);survivin蛋白在不典型增生组和子宫内膜腺癌组的阳性表达率及强阳性表达率与正常内膜组相比差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。随着手术病理分期的增高,子宫内膜腺癌患者血清CA125的阳性表达率与survivin的强阳性表达率也明显增高,而p16的阳性表达明显降低。结论血清CA125水平。

Objective To study CA125 level of serum and the expression of tissue protein p16 and survivln in endom- etrial adenocarcinoma and its significance. Methods A total of 120 patients was divided into three groups ： the normal en- dometfium group （40 cases）, atypical endometrial hyperplasia group （40 cases） and endometrial cancer group （40 cases）. The serum level of CA125 and the expression of p16 and survivin protein in three groups were detected. Results The serum levels of CA125 in endometrial adenocarcinoma group before and after surgery were significantly higher than those in other two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with other two groups, the expression of p16 protein in endometrial cancer group was significantly lower（ P 〈 0.05）. The survivin positive expression rates and strong positive expression rates in atyp- ical endometrial hyperplasia group and endometrial adenocaicinoma group were statistically different from the normal endo- metrium group（P〈O. 05）. In the higher clinical staging and pathological grade, the rate of positive expression of serum level of CA125 and the strongly positive expression of survivin protein were significantly higher, and the positive expression of p16 protein was significantly lower. Conclusions It is the important significance for the serum level of CA125, p16 protein and survivin protein to the pathological staging and clinical prognosis of endometrial adenocareinoma.
