氯吡格雷联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察氯吡格雷联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法将80例UAP患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。两组均给予常规治疗;对照组加用阿司匹林与低分子肝素;治疗组氯吡格雷首次顿服300 mg,次日起75 mg/d,同时丹红注射液30 ml加入生理盐水250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d;两组疗程均为2周。观察两组心电图、心绞痛改善情况以及血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组临床症状及心电图表现均明显改善(P均<0.05),血清hs-CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合丹红注射液控制心绞痛发作效果良好。
