针对某锅炉厂已投产的13台600 MW级超临界压力对冲燃烧锅炉的主要参数、燃烧系统设备配置特点等进行了阐述与实际应用分析,结合实例提出了该系列锅炉在投运时需要重点进行的燃烧调整工作方向,并对6台锅炉的性能考核试验实绩进行了分析与评价。实际应用情况表明,该系列锅炉适用煤种范围宽,燃烧系统设备配置灵活,主要性能指标优良,同时也需要在文中提出的燃烧调整方向上重点加以控制。

The paper introduces and analyzes 13 boilers of 600 MW super-critical unit opposed firing which have been put into production based on practical application, including boilers＇ main parameters and combustion equipment arrangement characteristic, puts forward the key combustion optimization direction for the boilers under running process, then analyzes and evaluates 6 boilers＇ performance test result. The application indicates that the boilers can be applicable to different kind of coal, the boilers＇ combustion equipments can be arranged flexibly, the boilers＇ main performance test value are excellent, and at the same time the combustion optimization work direction put in this paper must be emphasized during the boilers＇ commissioning and running process.
