基于主题词表的政务领域本体构建

Government Ontology Construction Based on the Thesaurus

针对我国政府信息资源管理和利用中存在的很多信息资源分散、缺乏必要的分类和整合等问题,在基于《综合电子政务主题词表》(试用本)范畴表的基础上,利用protégé本体开发工具,以政务领域的子领域"软件"为例说明如何基于主题词表进行政务领域本体的构建,并通过建立公理库来对本体库进行知识的一致性检查和蕴含知识的本体推理。

Addressing the issues in information resources distribution, essential classification and conformity in Chinese governmental information resources managing and utilizing, and based on the Integrated E-Government Thesaurus（ Categories and Subcategories）, this paper takes the ＂software＂, which is the subset of e-government, as an example with ontology developing tool protege to illustrate that how to use the Thesaurus to build the governmental ontology, and how to check the consistency of knowledge and carry out the ontological implicit knowledge reasoning in ontology library through the establishment of axioms.
