摘要
根据C-D生产函数构建R&D投入溢出效应的分析模型,并选取部分大中型工业企业的相关数据(1998-2007年)作为研究样本。实证表明:政府R&D投入的溢出效应比较明显;前一期的产业自身知识存量对当期的专利申请数作用不显著,但对新产品销售收入有显著的促进作用;前两期企业和政府R&D投入所产生的外部知识存量,对当期的专利申请数和新产品销售收入有显著的正的溢出效应。
A spillover' s analysis model of the R&D inputting is set up according to the C-D Production Function. The data is from 1998 to 2007 of large and medium industry enterprise. Empirical study shows that the spillovers of public R&D inputting are very clear. The knowledge stock last one date is notable to new product's gross sales, but not to patent' s applying gross. The external knowledge stock produced by enterprise and government' s R&D inputting last two dates is notable not only to new product' s gross sales, but also to patent' s applying gross.
