基于知识存量的政府公共R&D投入溢出效应实证研究被引量：3

Empirical Study on the Spillovers from Government's Public R&D Inputting in View of Knowledge Stock

摘要根据C-D生产函数构建R&D投入溢出效应的分析模型,并选取部分大中型工业企业的相关数据(1998-2007年)作为研究样本。实证表明:政府R&D投入的溢出效应比较明显;前一期的产业自身知识存量对当期的专利申请数作用不显著,但对新产品销售收入有显著的促进作用;前两期企业和政府R&D投入所产生的外部知识存量,对当期的专利申请数和新产品销售收入有显著的正的溢出效应。 A spillover＇ s analysis model of the R＆D inputting is set up according to the C-D Production Function. The data is from 1998 to 2007 of large and medium industry enterprise. Empirical study shows that the spillovers of public R＆D inputting are very clear. The knowledge stock last one date is notable to new product＇s gross sales, but not to patent＇ s applying gross. The external knowledge stock produced by enterprise and government＇ s R＆D inputting last two dates is notable not only to new product＇ s gross sales, but also to patent＇ s applying gross.
