摘要
以GB 19592—2004《车用汽油清净剂》标准中附录B《汽油机进气阀沉积物模拟试验方法》为基础,对汽油清净剂清洗性能测定进行了探讨。在比较清净剂清洗性能时不宜使用汽油作为基础油,提出了一种以异辛烷-二甲苯混合溶剂代替汽油作为基础油评定汽油清净剂清洗性能的模拟试验方法。对多种市售汽油清净剂进行试验的结果表明,该试验方法的重复性和再现性均较好,有可能作为一种检测汽油清净剂清洗性能的辅助方法。
The cleaning performance evaluation of gasoline detergent was discussed based on Appendix B ＂Gasoline engine intake valve deposits simulation method＂ of GB 19592-2004 ＂Detergent additive for vehicular gasoline＂. The cleaning performances of various detergents in several gasoline samples were studied. It was found that when comparing the cleaning performance of various detergents using gasoline as base oil was not appropriate since the sensitivities of gasoline to various detergents were varied. Thus using the mixture of iso-octane and xylene as base oil was proposed. Test results of various gasoline detergents showed that the repeatability and reproducibility of this modified method were good; furthermore, it could also compare the detergent performance of cleaning existing coke.
