摘要
对某汽车的前横梁进行了基于有限单元法的疲劳寿命的预测,将用有限元法计算的结果和疲劳寿命台架试验的结果进行对比分析,两者结果相近,并找出横梁的危险区域,给横梁的优化设计提供参考。
The paper predicates the fatigue life of the automotive front cross beam. The simulation result coincides with the sample test. The danger area of the front cross beam is found out, which can provide references for the optimum design of the front cross beam.
