摘要
当前自动变速器存在结构复杂、制造成本高的缺点。本文从创新性、探索性的角度出发提出了电执行元件(电磁离合器)在自动变速器中的应用。在操作方式上用电压、电流控制代替液压控制方式,以电流的通、断来控制电磁离合器的分离和结合,从而达到变速换挡的目的。电流控制方法简单、易行,也使变速箱结构简单化,降低了制造成本。
At present, there are defects of structural complexity and the high manufacturing cost in the automatic transmission. From the innovative and exploratory standpoint, the paper puts forward the implementation of. the electric actuator (electromagnetic clutch) in automatic transmission. In the operation,it uses voltage and current control instead of hydraulic control,the magnetic clutch' s separation and combination is controlled by current turn on or off, and the purpose of quick gear changing is realized. The current control method is simple and convenient, at the same time, which can reduce manufacturing costs and simplify the structure of the transmission.
