基于MC9S12DG128单片机的高压共轨控制系统开发

摘要 利用Freescale的MC9S12DG128芯片的脉宽调制功能,通过驱动电路对高压共轨试验台的电控喷油器和共轨压力调节阀进行控制,通过控制加载到电磁阀上电流的大小,实现了电磁阀在开启瞬间电流较大,而维持电磁阀开启时电流较小的特点。试验结果表明,该系统能够灵活的对喷油量、喷油规律进行测量,从而实现对高压共轨系统的控制。 A control system based on Freescale' s MC9S12DG128 was introduced in this paper. The injector and common rail pressure regulator were drived by current. The current magnitude in solenoid valve is controlled by PWM signals to meet the request of the large current when the valve just opened and small current after opening. Validation of the control system was performed on the test bench, the result shows that the control system can adjust the injection fuel quantity and the injection rate flexibly and accurately.
