摘要
绿色材料选择是绿色制造的一个重要环节,属于绿色制造技术或工艺的研究范畴。绿色材料是指具有良好实用功能和性能,对资源和能源的利用率最高,对生态环境的负面影响最小的材料。本文以轮式拖拉机前置动力输出结构中的动力输入、输出轴为研究对象,选取了5种不同的材料,综合考虑疲劳强度、屈服点、硬度、韧性、工艺性、成本和绿色度等7因素,采用模糊数学对轴的材料进行综合评价,评价结果为:45为最优材料。
The green-material choice is an important segment in the green manufacture, and is included in the field of green manufacturing technology and process. The green material is one kind of material which has high quality and function, high resource and energy utilization ratio, meanwhile, has less negative influence on the ecosystem environment than others. Taking the agricultural wheeled tractors front PTO shaft as object, five kinds of material are chose. Combining several facts such as fatigue value, yield point, hardness, toughness, manufacturability, cost, green chromaticity and so on, the material comprehensive evaluation is done with fuzzy mathematics,and the result shown :45 steel is a optimum material for the shaft.
