聚α-烯烃润滑油催化剂的发展

Progress of catalyst for poly-α-olefin lubicant oil

随着节能、环保以及技术进步的要求,世界各国对聚α-烯烃润滑油的需求从20世纪90年代以来保持着较高的增长的势头,预计到2010年全世界对PAO的总消费量将达到约250万t,主要介绍了中国外用于生产聚α-烯烃润滑油的催化剂主要有Leiws酸催化剂、茂金属催化剂、铬金属催化剂等,并指出如何改进原有生产工艺、开发出腐蚀性小的催化剂已成为聚α-烯烃润滑油今后研究和发展的方向。

Demand for PAO has been increasing rapidly since 1990s with the requirements of energy saving, environmental protection,and technology advancement. It was estimated that the consumption of PAO would arrived at 2.5 million tons to 2010. And main catalysts used in production of poly-α-olefin lubicant oil were introduced such as Leiws catalyst,metallocene catalyst,and chromium catalyst. At last the research and development tendency of PAO were pointed out which was to improve the production process and develop the new catalyst without corrosion.
