摘要
通过参数化机心体左右导轨高度差的方法,编程循环求解。计算结果表明:机心体左右导轨高度差的存在与否不会改变主滚轮压力峰值出现的时机,但驱动压力峰值的大小与导轨高度差基本呈线性关系且单调递减,回转体转速较高时,驱动压力峰值与导轨高度差关系曲线斜率更大。从炮尾方向向前看,如果转管炮是顺时针旋转,则左侧导轨适宜布局得高一些;反之,若转管炮是逆时针旋转,则右侧导轨适宜布局得高一些,这样才能合理地利用导轨高度差来降低滚轮驱动压力。
With the help of the method of parameterizing the left-right guide rail altitude difference,the cycle program was developed.The calculation results indicated that the left-right guide rail altitude difference will not change the occurrence time of the peak value of main roller pressure,but the size of driving pressure has approximate linear relation with the guide rail slope angle and decreases monotonically.When the revolving body has a larger rotatory velocity,the curve between driving pressure and guide rail altitude difference has a larger rate of slope.When looking ahead from the gun breech,if the Gatling gun rotates in clockwise direction,the left guide rail of the bolt carrier should be in higher position;and when the Gatling gun rotates in counterclockwise direction,the right guide rail of the bolt carrier should be in higher position.Thus this method leads to reduce the roller driving pressure by proper use of the altitude difference of the guide rail.
