摘要
基于多体动力学理论,建立了考虑方向回转轴承内大规模接触/碰撞的某火炮发射动力学模型。利用Harris经验公式和Hertz公式计算滚珠与滚道、滚珠与滚珠之间的接触刚度。针对轴承结构和运动特点,对LMS.Virtual Lab Motion进行了二次开发,用宏定义方向回转轴承内的接触,考虑了摩擦力的影响。通过数值仿真,分析了大规模接触/碰撞对炮口振动影响,得到了滚珠与滚道的载荷分布;在该模型基础上,对滚珠与滚道间隙对炮口扰动的影响进行了初步探讨,为该火炮方向回转轴承的设计提供了参考。
Based on multi-body dynamics theories,the firing dynamics model for a certain gun was set up,and the large scale contact/impact among parts in the traverse bearing were taken into consideration.The contact stiffness between ball and raceway and between ball and ball were approximately calculated respectively according to Hertz theory and Harris experience equation.Aimed at the bearing structural properties and motion behavior,the contact was defined by deep development of LMS.Virtual Lab Motion.By use of the contact in macro difinition traverse bearing,the influence of friction force was considered.Through numerical simulation,the influence of large scale contact/impact on muzzle disturbance was analyzed,and the load distribution between ball and raceway was acquired.Based on this model,the effect of clearance between ball and raceway on muzzle disturbance were preliminarily discussed.The conclusion can provide reference for design and improvement of the gun traverse bearing.
