摘要
针对传统的身管火炮零线检查规正方法存在着"炮膛轴和视轴误差"及炮身俯仰倾斜误差等,提出了一种基于全站仪的新型检校方法。建立了测量系统的数学模型,得出了空间坐标系内任意点的坐标计算公式。推导出了零线检校方法的解算模型,该解算模型只需要1台全站仪分别测量出炮膛轴线延长线上的两个指定点和瞄准线延长线上的两个指定点的水平角、天顶角和斜距,通过计算就可得到瞄准线相对于炮膛轴线的高低角和方向角偏差,根据偏差最终完成零线的检查和规正。以此为基础的身管火炮零线检校方法精度高、简单易操作和应用范围广。
Aimed at the errors between bore axis and optical axis and errors of gun barrel elevation and tilt resulted from the traditional examination and adjusting method of barrel gun zero-line,a new kind of method based on total station apparatus was put forward.The mathematical model of measuring system was set up,and the coordinate calculation formula for arbitrary point in the space coordinate system were obtained.The algorithm model of examination and adjusting method of barrel gun zero-line was built up,and this algorithm model required only one set of total station apparatus to measure the horizontal angle,zenith angle and slant distance of two set points on the prolonged line of axis of the gun barrel and another 2 set points on the prolonged line of aiming line.Through calculation,the elevation and azimuth angle errors between aiming line and axis of gun barrel can be acquired.According to these errors,the examination and adjustment of gun zero-line can be accomplished.This method has advantages of higher precision,easier operation and wider range of application.
