摘要
电磁环境效应在系统工程设计与军用装备性能检验中占据重要地位。针对电磁危害源中的RF干扰,研究了系统的RF电磁环境适应能力评估技术,介绍了部件级设备适应能力的评估模型。鉴于系统在RF电磁环境下可能出现的各种性能降低、失效及故障,利用可靠性理论,提出了基于故障树分析方法的系统级设备对RF电磁环境适应能力的分析方法,以达到验证评估系统适应能力的效果。
Electromagnetic environmental effects take an important role in systems engineering design and performance inspection of military equipments. An evaluation technology of RF electromagnetic environmental worthiness of was studied for protection from RF interference among electromagnetic interferences. A component-level model for electromagnetic environmental worthiness evaluation was introduced. Considering the possible performance degradation, disfunction and fault and by using the reliability theory, a system-level evaluation methodology based on fault tree analysis was proposed and analyzed in order to achieve an effective evaluation effect.
