摘要
通过对钢制药筒的腐蚀试验研究,在"二次浸渍法"的基础上,提出了"渗透、腐蚀、显示"合而为一的钢制药筒点状腐蚀加速试验方法——单液浸渍法。该方法以NaCl为腐蚀剂,以铁氰化钾为显示剂,采用醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液,控制pH值在4.1左右,只要试验2 h,甚至0.5 h,在试样的缺陷处即可产生蓝点;适用于各类涂层防腐材料耐点状腐蚀性能的加速试验和评价。
Corrosion test method of steel cartridge was studied, A single solution immersion pitting corrosion accelerated test method for steel cartridge which combined infiltration, corrosion, displaying was put forward based on twice immersion method. In the new method, NaC1 was used as corrosive, potassium ferricyanide as indicator, sodium acetate-acetic acid as buffer, pH controlled about 4.1. Blue points would appeared in the disfigurement places of specimen in two hours even in half an hour after test beginning when using this accelerated test method. This method was applicable to all kinds of coating materials for pitting corrosion performance evaluation.
