对径向载荷作用下的高速交叉滚子轴承进行了受力分析,建立了考虑离心力的滚子载荷方程,用Matlab分析了转速、径向外载荷、游隙对交叉滚子轴承载荷分布的影响,为高速交叉滚子轴承的结构优化设计中参数的确定提供了依据。

The load distribution of high-speed crossed roller bearing under radial load is analyzed.By considering the centrifugal force,the load distribution formula of roller is derived;the Matlab program is prepared to analyze the effects of rotating speed,radial load and clearance on load distribution of crossed roller bearings.An effective basis is provided for structural optimization design of high-speed crossed roller bearing parameters.
