摘要
分析了液压二工位淬火压床的特点与优势,探讨了适用于渗碳钢轴承淬火的压床结构、工作原理及与之配套的淬火模具的结构,介绍了该压床对于各种形状被淬工件的适宜性,依据淬火工艺要求,压床可实现模具保持压力下的自动淬火。
The characteristics and superiority of hydraulic quenching press with two stations are analyzed.The press structure and working principle for quenching bearing rings made from carburizing steel and structure of related quenching mould are discussed.The suitability of press for workpieces with various shapes is introduced.According to the requirements of quenching technology,press allows automatic quenching under the pressure of mould.
