摘要
依据标准JJF1059-1999对直读光谱仪分析法测定钢中碳的不确定度的来源进行分析,并对碳含量测定结果的不确定度进行评定,通过举例计算并推导出测量结果不确定度的数值。
Based on the standard JJF1059-1999,the source of the uncertainty in direct-reading spectrometer analytical method for determination of carbon in steel is analyzed,and the uncertainty of C is evaluated,the value of uncertainty in measurement is calculated and derived by examples.
