菲加氢制取BTX工艺的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对A、B、C、D、E 5种催化剂进行考察,采用气相色谱法对反应产物进行分析,考察了菲的转化率和BTX收率。实验结果表明,所选的5种催化剂均能使菲发生转化,生成BTX。C催化剂进行反应,菲的转化率可达89.27%,苯的收率达77.10%,二甲苯收率达28.65%。为考察反应温度对菲的转化率和BTX收率的影响,本实验采用了较为成熟的A催化剂。实验结果表明,菲的转化率都随着反应温度的升高而有所增加,苯的收率随着反应温度的提高而逐渐增加,而二甲苯的收率随着反应温度的提高是逐渐减小的。 Hydrocracking of phenanthrene was studied over five bifunctional catalysts,A,B,C,D and E.GC analysis was utilized to identify the products.The conversions of phenanthrene and yields of BTX were compared on these five different catalysts.The experimental results indicated that phenanthrene could be converted into BTX and the performance of C catalyst is the best among all the samples,revealed by conversion of phenanthrene on C catalyst is up to 89.27% and the yields of benzene and xylene were 77.10% and 28.65%,respectively.To study the effect of reaction temperature on the conversion of phenanthrene and the yields of BTX,the industrial C catalyst was utilized.The reaction results indicated that the higher the temperature,the higher the conversion of phenanthrene and the yield of benzene was observed,but the lower the yield of xylene.
