摘要
选用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为"核"层单体,用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为"壳"层单体,合成了核壳聚合物。采用共混的方法,改进AG-80环氧树脂,并选用改性二乙烯三胺为固化剂,对共混后的树脂进行固化。采用差示扫描量热法研究材料热力学性能,利用电子显微镜研究其微观形态,采用拉伸、剪切、冲击和弯曲等测试方法研究其力学性能,综合各项性能数据,最终得出复合材料最优的配比。
Butyl acrylate was selected as core monomer,and methyl methacrylate as shell monomer.nucleocapsid polymer was prepared.The nucleocapsid polymer was mixed with AG-80 eposide resin.The mixed resins were cured with the modified diethylenetriamine choosed as curing agent.The microstructure of the modified polymer was studied by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The thermodynamic analysis of process was tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The mechanics characteristics of the materials was investigated.Conpared with experent resilts,the best proportion of the composites were described.
