摘要
针对煤层气输气管道中沉积物的问题,利用Fluent系列软件,模拟了煤层气管道内沉积物附近的压力分布和温度分布。描述了沉积物堵塞事故的判断方法、压力脉冲定位原理、温度梯度定位原理。提出了以压力脉冲定位为主、以温度梯度定位为辅的沉积物定位手段。
To solve the problem of deposits in coalbed methane transmission pipeline, the pressure and temperature distributions near the deposits in coalbed methane transmission pipeline are simulated by Fluent software. The judgment method of deposit blockage accidents, the pressure pulse localization principle and the temperature gradient localization principle are described. A localization method based on mainly pressure pulse localization accompanied by temperature gradient localization is put forward.
