摘要 随着计算机技术的高速发展,传统的制造业开始了根本性变革,世界各国制造业开始广泛采用数控技术,以提高制造能力和水平,提高对动态多变市场的适应能力和竞争能力。因此当今在现代制造系统中,数控技术是关键技术,它集机械技术、微电子、计算机、自动检测、自动控制、传感器技术等高新技术于一体,具有高精度、高效率、高可靠等特点,对制造业实现柔性自动化、集成化、智能化起着举足轻重的作用。 With the high speed development of Computer Technology, traditional manufacturing industry has begun fundamental changes. CNC technology has been widely used by traditional manufacturing industry from all over the world, to improve the ability and the level of manufacturing, adapting to the more and more flexible markets and competing with others, Therefore, CNC technology is a key technology that sets mechanical technology, micro-electronics, computer, automatic testing, automatic control, sensor technology and some other advanced technologies as one in contemporary manufacturing industry. And it is typical of high-accuracy, high efficiency, and high availability and so on, which plays an important role in achievement of the flexible automation, integration, intellectualization in manufacturing industry.
