产学合作中组织学习中介效应的实证研究 被引量:2

The Empirical Research on the Mediating Effect of Organizational Learning on the Performance of Industry-University Collaboration

摘要 如何提高产学合作绩效始终是研究热点。虽然国内学者进行了大量的研究,但是缺乏系统的实证性研究。通过对现有文献的梳理构建了理论框架,并利用128家企业的调研数据,对产学合作绩效进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)大学技术的缄默性不利于产学合作绩效,而大学技术的战略性则有助于产学合作绩效;(2)产学合作治理可以采用契约治理和关系治理,其中契约治理与产学合作绩效呈倒U型关系,而关系治理则显著地促进合作绩效;(3)组织学习对提升产学合作绩效具有重要意义,并且具有中介效应。 How to improve the performance of U-I technological collaboration is always research focus.Although many domestic researchers have conducted extensive studies, there is little empirical research.Based on the literature this paper explores this topic.The result shows that ⑴ Tacitness is negative to the performance, and strategic value is positive to performance;⑵ there are two mechanism to govern U-I collaboration.The contract governance has an adverse-U relationship to performance.However relational governance is positive to the performance;⑶ Organizational learning is positive to performance, and has mediating effect.
