企业自主创新保护机制选择的影响因素

Influential Factors of Enterprises' Independent Innovation Protection Mechanisms Choice

持续的自主创新离不开对创新成果的保护。对于创新的主体企业而言,如何选择不同的保护机制以对创新成果进行有效的保护,成为一个重要的问题。分析了影响企业创新保护机制选择的各种因素,利用351家工业企业的调研数据进行了实证分析,得出企业规模、研发强度、知识共享战略、出口、创新类型、激励机制等在一定程度上影响到企业自主创新保护机制的选择。

Continuous innovation is inseparable from the protection of innovation.For the innovative enterprises, how to choose different protection mechanisms in order to be effective for the protection of innovation has become an important issue.This paper analyzes various influential factors of corporate innovation protection mechanisms,conducts an empirical analysis based on survey data of 351 industrial enterprises.The research conclusion is that firm size, R D intensity, knowledge-sharing strategy, exports, innovation types and incentive mechanism, to a certain extent, affect the choice of protection mechanisms when enterprises involve in the independent innovation.
