中国企业IT治理机制的实证研究

Empirical Study on IT Governance Mechanisms for China's Enterprises

IT治理机制是企业IT治理的重要内容,有效的IT治理机制促进了业务与IT协同,从而实现了IT价值。在文献回顾基础上,提出中国企业的IT治理机制"结构—流程—关系"三要素模型。通过案例研究确认了中国企业16个IT治理机制。通过大样本问卷调研,对上述IT治理机制的有效性和实施难易程度进行了实证研究,并与西方企业进行了对比分析。

IT governance mechanisms are important content in corporate IT governance, and efficient IT governance mechanisms enhance the alignment of business and IT, thus improve IT value.Based on a literature review, this paper presents the three constituent models for IT governance mechanisms-structure, processes and relational mechanisms, and confirms 16 IT governance mechanisms for Chinese enterprises through case studies.Base on the statistical investigation, this paper studies the effectiveness and easiness of the 16 IT governance mechanisms, and compared with western enterprises.
