Promoting the Rapid Sound Development of Natural Gas Industry Standardization in China

总结了全国天然气标准化技术委员会自成立以来所取得的成绩,分析面临形势和与国际水平间的差距,指出我国已初步建立了以GB17820为核心的天然气专业标准体系。面对天然气生产和进口量快速增长,天然气产品用途扩展,天然气产品和分析测试技术标准作为组织生产、促进贸易、规范市场和合理利用资源的基础,需跟踪国际天然气技术标准化发展,坚持开拓创新,完善现有天然气分析测试技术标准,促进我国天然气工业标准化事业的健康和快速发展。

The achievements made by National Natural Gas Standard Technology Committee since its foundation are summarized,followed by the analysis of difference between the present situation and international level.Then it is pointed out that our country has established the standard system of natural gas industry with GB 17820 as the core.In view of the rapid growth of natural gas production and import,the use expansion of natural gas products,the basic function of technical standards about natural gas products and analysis-test in organizing production,promoting the trade,normalizing the market and utilizing the resources appropriately,it is necessary to follow the standardization development of international natural gas technology,to insist on the exploration and innovation,perfect the technical standards of present natural gas analysis and test,and promote the sound and rapid development of natural gas industry standardization in China.
