The Exploration into Buildling Party Organizations and Information Bases of Party Members in Newly-Founded Universities

基层党组织和党员信息库建设是新形势下党建工作的重要内容之一,但由于多方面的原因,新建地方本科院校的信息库建设往往滞后或很不完善。为使党建工作信息化,党内统计直统化,必须立足院校实际,提高认识,加大投入,强化责任意识和形成长效的管理、监督机制。

The construction of Party organizations in grass-roots unit and information bases of Party members is one of important work of Party building,but this work falls behind others or even far too imperfect in some newly-founded universities.To construct and perfect the Party Organizations at the basic level and information bases of party members,it＇s necessary for newly-founded universities to deepen understanding of the work,inurease the input,enhance the sense of responsibility and establish efficient management and supervision mechanism in order to informationize party building and facilitate statistical work.
