Determination of the date of PCR diagnosis of canine Echinococcus granulosus infection

摘要 目的确定犬细粒棘球绦虫感染PCR检测的窗口期。方法家犬8只,口服喂饲细粒棘球绦虫原头节,感染后40 d,收集犬粪,用PCR方法检测粪便中的目的DNA。结果6只犬获得细粒棘球绦虫重度感染,感染后21 dPCR检出目的DNA片段。结论犬重度感染细粒棘球绦虫后粪便PCR检测的窗口期为20 d。 Objective To identify the date(window period) of diagnosis of dogs infected with Echinococcus granulosus by PCR detection.Methods Eight dogs were artificially infected with protoscoleces.Forty days later,their feces were collected and target DNA was detected by PCR.Results Only six dogs developed severe infections.Twenty-one days later,PCR detected target DNA fragments.Conclusion The date of PCR detection of a severe infection of E.granulosus was determined in dogs.
