Progress of research on IL-32 and its relationship with tuberculosis

摘要 白介素-32是新近发现的一种前炎症反应细胞因子,有4种剪接变异体形式。研究发现IL-32与多种自身免疫性炎症性疾病和结核病的发生、发展有密切联系。本文对IL-32及其与结核病的相关性研究进展进行了综述。 Interleukin(IL)-32 is a recently identified proinflammatory cytokine;IL-32,the gene that codes for it,is one of the IL-18-inducible genes and exists in 4 variants.Interleukin-32 plays an important role in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.IL-32 is highly expressed in inflamed synovial tissues from patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and the level of its expression correlates with the severity of arthritis and the expression of other cytokines,including TNF-α and interleukin-1.Recent studies have shown that IL-32 is closely related to the pathogenesis of tuberculosis.Summarized here is the progress of research on IL-32 and its relationship to tuberculosis.
