疟疾疫苗研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目前,由于疟原虫抗药性的迅速蔓延,特别是多重抗药性恶性疟的不断扩散,给疟疾的治疗带来了较大困难,研制有效的疟疾疫苗迫在眉睫。本文对近年来抗红前期原虫疫苗RTS、S/AS02、ME-TRAP、Pfs25及其靶抗原,抗红内期原虫疫苗MSP及其靶抗原,传播阻断疫苗及其靶抗原的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为疟疾疫苗的研究提供参考。 With spread of drug-resistant malaria parasites like multi-drug-resistant Plasmodium falciparum in particular,malaria treatment has become increasingly difficult.Development of effective malaria vaccines is urgently needed.In order to ascertain the progress of research on malaria vaccines,this paper reviews development of pre-erythrocytic-stage vaccines like RTS,S/AS02,ME-TRAP,and Pfs25,erythrocytic-stage vaccines,and transmission-blocking vaccines and their target antigens.
