耻阴虱寄生眼睑缘睫毛1例

A case of pthirus pubis on the eyelashes

本文报告了1例左眼上睑睫毛阴虱病病例。患者彻底挟取虱体及卵,剪除双眼睫毛,清除睑缘痂皮及分泌物并冲洗结膜囊,涂红霉素眼膏、滴氧氟沙星眼药水,同时彻底刮除阴毛及肛毛,每日用0.1%二氯苯醚菊脂溶液清洗耻阴部和会阴部,一周后痊愈。

This paper reports a case of pthirus pubis on the eyelashes of the left eye.The course of the treatment was to remove the lice and eggs with tweezers,cut the eyelashes,remove palpebral crust and secretions,and wash the conjunctival sac.Then,erythromycin eye ointment was applied and ofloxacin eyedrops were placed in the eyes.At the same time,thorough depilation of anal and pubic hair was carried out and 0.1% permethrin was administered daily to the genitals and surrounding areas of the body.The patient recovered a week later.
