摘要
文章概要性地介绍了法国国立行政学院(ENA)培训管理的五个特色,即公开竞考制、实习制、排名制、官员任教制、案例教学制;以这五个方面为核心,构成了ENA独特的、享誉国际的公务员培训模式。我国的干部培训机制面临大变革、大创新,不可模仿大学的办学模式,而是要发展行政学院自己的办学特色。
According to the author this information on site visits, after induction combing, briefly, fhe paper describes the ENA training management of the five characteristics, namely, competing public examination system, practical system, ranking system, officials teaching system, case teaching system; in these five areas as the core, constitute the ENA unique, internationally renowned civil service training model. China's cadre training regime is faced with great change, great innovation, not imitation the university of mode, but also to develop their own school characteristics administration institute.
