摘要
结合我国当前公务员培训的实际,文章阐述了构建公务员高效培训系统的意义以及构建过程中必须考虑的六个维度,探讨了该系统的模型架构并提出了构建我国公务员高效培训系统的对策。
Combined with the practical of our current civil service training , this article explains the meaning of high efficiency training system for civil servants, elaborate the significance of constructing high effieieney training system of Chinese civil servants and build process must take account of the six dimensions, discusses the system model framework and raises some countermeasures.
