《行政学院工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)的颁布,是继《干部教育培训工作条例(试行)》颁布之后,我国干部教育培训领域的又一具有里程碑意义的大事。《条例》要求行政学院系统要以教学培训为中心工作,坚持教学培训、科学研究、决策咨询三位一体,并提出了指导思想和具体规定,研究和领会《条例》关于"三位一体"的精神内核,对于指导地方行政学院工作具有重要意义。
