摘要 采用水培法,研究不同浓度(0、50、100、150、200、250、300、350、400、450、500mmol/L)的NaCl胁迫对水稻种子萌发,胚根、胚芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:种子的发芽势、发芽率、都随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高而降低,300mmol/L以上种子发芽率为0;胚根长,胚芽长也随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高而降低,浓度大于100mmol/L时有显著(p<0.05)影响。水稻幼苗的根长、株高、株鲜重、根干重以及茎干重也随NaCl胁迫浓度的升高呈逐渐降低的趋势,当浓度大于250mmol/L时影响尤为显著,大于300mmol/L时,植株严重失水,萎蔫,枯黄,死亡。研究结果说明NaCl胁迫对水稻种子的萌发和幼苗的生长有严重的抑制作用。 The impact of different concentrations (0,50,100,150,200,250,300,350,400,450,500 mmol/L) of NaCl stress on seed germination and seeding growth of rice were investigated by liquor cultivating method in this study. The germinationm of the seed and the growth of the radicel, the embryo and the seeding were measured respectively to assess the impact degree. The results are shown as follows: (1) The germination potentiality and the germination percentage decline with the increasing of the NaCI content, and the germination percentage is 0 when the concentrations of NaCI were higher than 300mmol/L; (2) The length of radicel and embryo also decrease with the increasing of NaCI concentrations,, meanwhile, the trends significantly length, the plant height, the fresh plant weight, the (p〈0.05) influence above 100mmol/L, (3),the root dry root weight and the dry stem weight all reduce gradually, furtherly, the plant dehydrate seriously and wither quickly, when the concentrations of NaCl were higher than 300mmol/L It is concluded that:(1) the NaC1 stress has strong negatively effect on seed germiration and seeding growth of rice, and(2) the negatively effect is concentration-dependence.
