米索前列醇用于人工流产术宫颈扩张及镇痛效果观察

The effect observation of misoprostol used for expansion of uterus and analgesia in abortion

目的观察米索前列醇用于人工流产术中宫颈扩张及镇痛的效果。方法将我院320例门诊检查确诊为早孕并要求人工流产者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各160例,观察组给予米索前列醇0.2mg研粉后放入阴道后穹窿及宫颈上,休息30min再行人工流产术。对照组按常规人工流产手术操作。比较2组宫颈扩张、手术时间、出血量、疼痛及人工流产综合征的情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组宫口扩张好,手术时间短,出血量少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇研粉放入阴道后穹窿部及宫颈上,可使局部药物浓度增高,吸收快,具有较好的软化宫颈作用和明显的扩张宫口作用,减轻了扩宫时的疼痛及降低人工流产综合征的发生。此方法操作简单易行,经济实惠,适用于基层医院及基层计划生育服务站。

Objective To observe the effect of misoprostol uesed for expansion of Cervical and analgesia in abortion.Methods 320 cases were diagnosed as the early pregnancy clinic and asked those who flow,were randomly assigned into the observation group and the concrol group,each of 60 cases.The observation group of patients were gaven misoprostol（0.2mg）power inquiry into posterior fornix and cervix,30min rest re-induced abortion.The control group according to conventional abortion operation.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group to expand the cervix was good,and had shorter operative time,less bleeding,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Misoprostol（0.2mg）power inquiry into posterior fornix and cervix can increase local drug concentration,absorb quickly,softening the cervix with a good role and significant role in the expansion of the cervix,reducing palace of the expansion of pain and to reduce the incidence of induced abortion syndrome.This method is simple,economical,suitable for grass-roots hospitals and primary family planning service station.
