德EL-2/23型电力机车整体重量接近100(t150t),承力支承系统事故率高,经过测算设计了上下凹凹连接,中间设置了两个直径40mm长度40mm的滚柱,彻底解决"支点"问题,保证了电力机车的出动率,提高了生产运输效率。
