摘要
深部软岩巷道具有较大变形特征,只采用一种支护方式难以控制岩巷的变形。锚网喷支护与注浆加固围岩工艺是建立在加固围岩自身强度使围岩自身成为支撑体的锚喷支护理论之上的一种新的支护工艺,是一种共同作用的耦合主动支护方式,可以改变围岩力学参数,提高围岩强度。文章结合新兴煤矿施工三水平南二石门变电所及联络巷的工程实践,分析了注浆加固围岩的工程特点,经工程应用表明,注浆加固技术显著提高了围岩的强度和支撑能力,解决了深部软岩巷道变形的问题。
In combination with the engineering practice of the transformer station and the connection engineering application strength of rocks. roadway in NO.2 crossheading at the third lever in Xinxing Coal Mine, The characteristics shows that the host rocks and of strengthening host rock with injection are analyzed. The engineering strengthening technology with injection has significatly increased the its support capability controlled the roadway deformation in deep soft rocks.
