《煤矿安全规程》第十八条:每个生产矿井必须至少有2个能够行人的通到地面的安全出口,各个出口间的距离不得小于30m。《<煤矿安全规程>专家解读》对相关内容进行了解释,要求回风井必须安装梯子间。针对这一要求,生产矿井通过采取必要的措施工程,来确保反风期间有可以行人的安全出口,替代回风井安装梯子间的要求。
Clause 18 of ＂Coal Mine Safety Regulation＂ stipulates that there are two safe exits at least, at each operational mine and the exits shall space greater than 30 m in the between and enable mine personnel to travel safely from underground to surface. ＂Expert Interpretation of the Coal Mine Safety Regulation＂ provides explanations relevant to this topic and requires that stair compartment be installed within return-air shaft. According to this, operational mine needs to take necessary measures as the replacement of the mentioned requirement to ensure safe walking exits during airflow reversal phase.
