摘要 介绍了一种新型的光纤传感系统的设计及运行原理。这种完全非本征珐布里-帕罗干涉测量系统(EFPI)具有动态范围宽,灵敏度高以及能够实时输出信号的优点。这种光纤EFPI传感系统可以用于高性能土木结构中。通过应用光路匹配技术可以对这些传感器进行多路复用。 The principle of operation of a novel fiber optics sensor system is demostrated. The extrinsic Fabry-Perot intefferometric (EFPI) system is shown to possess wide dynamic range, high sensitivity and a real-time output signal. Applications of the EFPI system to high-performance civil structures are studied' Multiplexing of such sensors is achieved by employing the path matching method.
