摘要 提出了一种基于DSP的高频、高精度的非分光红外气体分析仪的设计方法,详细介绍了仪器的设计思想和具体的设计实现,重点描述了DSP相关电路和软件设计流程。处理速度和便携性是本设计关注的重点,采用了高速DSP作为仪器的核心,使仪器可以脱离上位机来完成复杂的数据运算,这样的设计即保证了仪器的功能又使其体积大大减小,经验证本仪器的各项实验结果符合要求,对多种标准浓度CO2气体进行测量,绝对误差小于0.3%,相对误差小于2%。该仪器分析速度快且便于携带和安装,这些特点使仪器具有广阔的应用前景。 This paper introduces a design of a high-speed, high-precision and non-dispersive Infrared gas analyzer based on DSP,describes the design conception and detailed implementation with the emphasis on the circuit and software development related to DSP. Processing speed and portability are key features in this design. The high-speed DSP is adopted,which can complete the complicated data processing independently without helping of advanced computer. So this architecture not only guarantees the functions but also reduce the size of instrument. Through testing, the whole experimental results satisfy the requirements,measure various standard concentrations CO2 gas,absolute error is less than 0.3% ,the relative error is less than 2%. Because the instrument has the advantage of fast analyzing,portable and being installed easily,it provides a wide foreground.
