摘要 提出一种基于MTK手机平台的RFID射频手持设备的设计方案.系统以MTK手机平台为主体,外部扩展RFID射频模块,MTK手机平台以MT6255为核心处理单元;RFID模块采用STC89LE516RD作为独立CPU控制,使用MF RC500对射频卡进行读写,通过UART接口将数据送入MTK平台处理.本方案采用外部扩展模块的设计思想,对RFID模块电路及其接口进行了硬件电路设计,对RFID模块和MTK手机平台进行了程序设计,可以完成对射频卡的读写,可对射频卡上的数据进行重置、加减等处理,具有一定的应用价值. A design scheme of RFID portable device based on MTK platform is proposed; The main subject of this system is MTK platform, the external expansion of it is RFID RF module, MTK mobile platform's core processing unit is MT6255; RFID module adopts STC89LES16RD as the independent CPU controller, using the MF RCS00 to read and write the RF card, then through the UART interface sends the data to MTK platform, at last it adopts the GPRS technololgy to transmit the data accurate and reliable to the remote host computer.
