摘要
电子商务信用环境的不完善和消费者信任缺失,是阻碍我国电子商务发展的重要原因之一.从博弈角度分析了电子商务信用环境对消费行为的影响,从宏观、微观两方面阐述了如何完善信用环境,并将二者有机结合,探讨了电子商务信用方面的相关问题,对我国电子商务体系建设的框架提出了建议.
Imperfect e-commerce environment and consumer credit hiatus are the most important reasons which embarrass the development of China's e-commerce. From the perspective of game, e-commerce credit environment's impact on consumer behavior is analyzed. From macroscopic and microscopic aspects it elaborated how to improve the credit environment. This article carries on a discussion on some related problems about e-commerce credit, and some advice about the framework of e-commerce credit system construction has been proposed.
